Welcome to Global Admission Connect ("GAC", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GAC website, partner portal, and all related services available through https://gacportal.com ("Portal").

By accessing or using the Portal, creating an account, or using any GAC service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Portal or our services.

These Terms apply to all users, including but not limited to recruitment partners, educational institutions, institution representatives, students whose applications are submitted through GAC, service providers, website visitors, and any other individuals or organizations using GAC services.

2. About GAC

Global Admission Connect (GAC) is an international education platform that connects educational institutions, recruitment partners, and students through a centralized admissions management system.

GAC provides technology, application management, admissions support, recruitment services, partner collaboration, and related educational services. GAC facilitates the admissions process but does not make admission, scholarship, visa, or immigration decisions.

3. Acceptance of These Terms

By using the Portal, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms.
  • Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
  • Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
  • Accept GAC's Privacy Policy and other applicable policies published on the Portal.
4. Eligibility

To use the Portal, you must:

  • Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Use the Portal only for lawful purposes.

Organizations registering with GAC confirm that the individual creating the account has authority to act on behalf of the organization.

5. User Accounts

Some services require registration. Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information.
  • Keeping usernames and passwords secure.
  • Restricting unauthorized access to their accounts.
  • Promptly notifying GAC of any suspected unauthorized access or security breach.
Users are responsible for all activities conducted under their accounts.

GAC may provide services including but not limited to:

  • Recruitment partner management
  • Institution collaboration
  • Admissions support
  • Document management
  • Application tracking
  • Scholarship information
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Communication tools
  • Training resources
  • Other education-related services

GAC may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its sole discretion.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information.
  • Keep account information current.
  • Use the Portal professionally and ethically.
  • Protect confidential information.
  • Comply with institutional requirements and applicable laws.
  • Cooperate with compliance reviews when requested by GAC.
Important Notice: Recruitment Partners are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate authority and consent before submitting student information through the Portal.
8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Upload forged, altered, or fake documents.
  • Create duplicate or fictitious student applications.
  • Impersonate another individual or organization.
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized persons.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Portal or other user accounts.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful software.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Portal.
  • Copy, scrape, extract, or harvest Portal data without written authorization.
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to access the Portal's source code.
  • Circumvent GAC's recruitment processes or commission arrangements.
  • Use the Portal for unlawful, abusive, or unethical purposes.
Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
9. Student Applications

Recruitment Partners are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of student information submitted through the Portal.

Educational institutions independently evaluate all applications and make their own decisions regarding admissions, scholarships, tuition fees, enrolment, transfers, and academic matters.

GAC does not guarantee admission to any institution or program.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all Portal content, software, databases, trademarks, logos, graphics, documents, training materials, designs, text, and other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of GAC or its licensors.

Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, sell, or commercially exploit any Portal content without prior written permission from GAC.

11. Confidentiality

Users may receive confidential information relating to GAC, educational institutions, Recruitment Partners, students, or other users.

Users agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of such information.
  • Use confidential information only for authorized purposes.
  • Not disclose confidential information without proper authorization or legal requirement.

These obligations continue after termination of Portal access.

12. Third-Party Services

The Portal may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including educational institutions, payment providers, government agencies, communication platforms, and visa-related services.

GAC is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or services provided by third parties.

13. Privacy

The collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of personal information are governed by GAC's Privacy Policy.

By using the Portal, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

14. Suspension and Termination

GAC may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Portal immediately if a user:

  • Violates these Terms.
  • Submits fraudulent information or documents.
  • Engages in unlawful or unethical conduct.
  • Compromises Portal security.
  • Misuses institutional or partner information.
  • Breaches any agreement with GAC.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Portal and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GAC does not warrant that:

  • The Portal will always be available or uninterrupted.
  • The Portal will be error-free or free from technical issues.
  • Any application will result in admission.
  • Scholarships or financial assistance will be awarded.
  • Student visas or immigration approvals will be granted.
  • Educational institutions will maintain the same entry requirements, tuition fees, or programs.
16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:

  • Use of or inability to use the Portal.
  • Admission decisions.
  • Scholarship decisions.
  • Visa or immigration decisions.
  • Technical interruptions.
  • Third-party services.
  • Inaccurate information supplied by users.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, GAC's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless GAC, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Misuse of the Portal.
  • Submission of false information.
  • Violation of applicable laws.
  • Infringement of the rights of any third party.
18. Force Majeure

GAC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, cyberattacks, internet failures, labour disputes, or other unforeseen events.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the legal entity operating Global Admission Connect, unless mandatory local laws require otherwise.

Any dispute should first be resolved through good-faith discussions before legal proceedings are commenced.

20. Changes to These Terms

GAC may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Portal unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the Portal after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies or agreements published by GAC, constitute the entire agreement governing the use of the Portal.
